1. About the service
Sofia Engine is a small creator application for the Sofia creator account. It prepares AI-generated lifestyle content, organizes posts for publishing, and supports content-performance analysis. The TikTok sandbox integration sends reviewed photo drafts to the authorized account’s TikTok inbox. Publishing requires a separate action in TikTok; availability depends on authorization and TikTok approval.
2. Access and acceptable use
Access is limited to the operator and authorized collaborators. Use only accounts and content you are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, and the rules of connected platforms. Do not misuse the service, bypass access restrictions, or upload unlawful material.
3. Content and publishing
You remain responsible for reviewing generated content, obtaining necessary rights and permissions, applying required AI-content disclosures, and approving publication. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Sofia Engine does not guarantee content accuracy, audience growth, or performance. You retain any rights you hold in your input content; third-party rights remain unaffected.
4. Connected services
OpenAI processes content for AI generation. Cloudflare provides infrastructure. TikTok features require the account holder’s authorization and are subject to TikTok’s terms and permissions. Sofia Engine is independent of TikTok and is not endorsed by it.
5. Availability and ending use
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. You may stop using it and revoke connected-platform access. Access may be suspended for misuse. Data handling and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
